The Ontario Traffic Council (OTC) was created in 1950 to improve Traffic Management in Ontario by drawing on the knowledge and expertise of those in the fields of enforcement, engineering and education. As the complexity of Traffic Management has increased since OTC's inception it has become increasingly difficult to keep up with innovations and new technologies that will lead to better results in terms of Road Safety. In an effort to provide an additional resource to our members and the broader Traffic Management community, we have emabarked on the creation of a knowledge-base that will bring together data, information and examples of new and emerging technologies. Consistent with our Vision and Mission, the Road Safety and Traffic Products Portal (RSTP) will share inforamtion about Research, New Products and Technologies, Pilot Project and the expertise involved in subjects. Leveraging the Values of our organization, we will collaborate with our membership, provide progressive and trustworthy information and data through a single platform. All information avaiable through RSTP will be vetted prior to publishing and will include relevant link for contact and follow-up.
